Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play our Games. However, certain information is collected automatically or through third-party services we use.

Information collected automatically

• → Device information (device type, operating system, language settings)
• → An advertising ID (GAID on Android)
• → IP address and approximate location (country/region level)
• → Gameplay data (session length, in-game actions, progress)
• → Crash reports and performance data
• → Information about your in-app purchases (transaction records, not full payment details)

Information from third-party services

We use third-party services for advertising and analytics that may collect additional data according to their own privacy policies. See Section 04 for details.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• → Process in-app purchases and restore purchases
• → Serve relevant advertisements through our ad partners
• → Analyze gameplay to fix bugs and improve game balance
• → Prevent fraud and ensure security
• → Comply with legal obligations

In-App Purchases

Our Games and apps offer optional in-app purchases. All payments are processed securely by Google Play. We do not collect or store your credit card or payment details. We receive only confirmation of the transaction and the items purchased. For questions about billing, refunds, or subscriptions, please contact Google Play support directly.

Advertising

Our Games display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These networks may use your advertising ID and other data to show you personalized ads. We currently work with:

Analytics

Not all of our titles collect the same data. Some of our Games use Google Firebase / Google Analytics to help us understand how players interact with them so we can improve them; where they do, analytics data is aggregated and anonymised where possible, and Google's data practices are governed by its own privacy policy. Others — including our offline tools — use no analytics at all and keep every game, profile and statistic on your device. The Data safety section of each Google Play listing states exactly what that individual title collects.

Children's Privacy

Our Games are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@habadadabada.com and we will delete it promptly.

Data Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide our Games and apps and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Where analytics are used, that data is typically retained for up to 24 months. For titles that store everything on your device, uninstalling the app deletes that data outright. You may request deletion of any data we hold by contacting us (see Section 12).

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Game or by other means. Your continued use of our Games after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
