We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play our Games. However, certain information is collected automatically or through third-party services we use.

Our Games offer optional in-app purchases. All payments are processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your credit card or payment details. We receive only confirmation of the transaction and the items purchased. For questions about billing, refunds, or subscriptions, please contact Apple or Google directly through their respective support channels.
Our Games display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These networks may use your advertising ID and other data to show you personalized ads. We currently work with:
iOS Users
When you first launch our Game on iOS, you will see Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt asking for permission before your advertising ID is used for personalized ads.
Android Users
You can opt out of personalized ads by going to your device Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
We use analytics tools to understand how players interact with our Games so we can improve them. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized where possible. Our analytics partners may include Google Firebase / Google Analytics. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

Our Games are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@habadadabada.com and we will delete it promptly.
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide our Games and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Analytics and gameplay data is typically retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us (see Section 10).

You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

Our legal bases for processing your data include your consent (for personalized advertising), our legitimate interests (for analytics and game improvement), and our legal obligations.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Game or by other means. Your continued use of our Games after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
